The VANseller module allows you to create a task list for employees. The task list is a detailed work schedule for the driver or sales representative where information on the date and place of goods delivery, details of the bills or record of recently delivered goods can be found. All this, can be browsed, edited and followed on a smartphone screen.
A sales representative can view a customer's sales history on their smartphone. Information such as the list of current or previously ordered wares and the name, address and telephone of the customer is all there. For each order, there is a sales module to introduce products as well as a navigation option which indicates the best route to the customer.


Thanks to integration with a mobile fiscal devices, a sales representative can make a sales transaction on the spot. Once the information for the form is entered and form of payment accepted, a receipt is printed on the small,portable printer.
Thanks to the scheduling function, the route for each day can be planned - dates of customer visits can also be set cyclically (e.g. weekly, every Monday and Thursday). Either the manager or person who directly visits the customer can plan the work. The module also provides a preview of the route on the map and redirects for navigation. The work planning function will prevent any orders being forgotten and assure that deliveries are made on time.


Advanced reports allow you to preview total sales results, routes driven and your staff's efficiency. Reports can be generated by routes or by bills, and cover all drivers, or each one individually. The driver’s most visited places are highlighted by colorful zones on the map. The reporting feature is the ideal tool for a company’s owner or manager, allowing you to fully and easily monitor and evaluate your mobile business.
